We paired this menu with new age cocktails and upbeat rebellious music, then designed a sleek and funky restaurant to fit the bill. The result is a new and refreshing concept that you need to see...and bring your friends.
OWNER & EXECUTIVE CHEF
A graduate of Johnson and Wales in Denver. He worked his way through college in every phase of the industry. Some of you may remember Gunther Toody’s Diner, one of 8 locations was in this building and Brock started as a busser and dishwashers for the diners. He worked in many of Denver’s best concepts as a server, bartender, line cook, kitchen manager and G.M. of the Keg Steakhouse. Brock attended Arvada West High School playing hockey and baseball.
He loves the all sports, wife Brittany and Triplet daughters.
OWNER & BAR MANAGER
Graduate of CU as a Music Major who put down his guitar and picked up a cocktail shaker. Cole also grew up in the restaurant industry at Gunther’s, spinning a million malts and shakes. He has worked at multiple Colorado restaurants in every phase from bussing, serving, bartending, opening teams and training.
A master mixologist with a love of creative cocktails, great food, the Denver music scene, snowboarding, and rescue super dog Tipper.
OWNER & DINING ROOM MANAGER
A savvy restaurant veteran who worked her way through the ranks of multiple area restaurants. Took her first job before 16 in the industry and never looked back. Has a knack for genuine hospitality and can relate to anyone and everyone. She is quick with a smile but takes her career seriously. Can hang with the boys, plays a mean round of golf, and usually wins in every fantasy football league.
Brittany is the wife of Brock and supermom to triplet daughters.
